General Terms & Conditions
Each session is only 30-minutes!
Clients are required to arrive 15-minutes before their session to accommodate proper PowerSuiting and to ensure sessions begin and end on time.
Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled start time.
Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. A client will not be allowed to participate in the session if they fail to adhere to the 15-minute arrival policy.
A reservation can be cancelled without penalty 12 hours before the scheduled session.
Late arrivals, late cancellations, and no-shows will be treated as cancellations; the missed session will not be credited back to the account.
Shock Therapy Fitness undergarments are mandatory to participate in the session. They are available at the front desk to rent or purchase before the workout.

A client must have active sessions in their account to reserve a spot in one of our workouts.
Shock Therapy Fitness accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express or cash.
All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more information.
Shock Therapy Fitness Undergarments
All Shock Therapy Fitness workouts require our proprietary EMS PowerSuit™ and signature Shock Therapy Fitness undergarments. These are available for rent or purchase at the front desk.
Clients may choose to rent or purchase our organic, viscose-elastane blend shirts and leggings to be worn underneath the PowerSuit.™ Undergarment rental: $5. Undergarment purchase: $50.
If the first session is scheduled directly through Shock Therapy Fitness, the first undergarment rental is complimentary. If the session is scheduled through a 3rd party (i.e. Classpass), the $5 rental fee will be collected.
The EMS PowerSuit™ is included in the price of your session or package.
You will not be permitted to participate in the workout without the Shock Therapy Fitness undergarments.
To cancel a reservation and have the session credited back to your Shock Therapy Fitness account, you must cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled workout. This may be done online at shocktherapyfitness.com, via the MindBody app, or by calling the studio during our hours of operation.
Once the reservation is cancelled, the session will be credited to your account to be rescheduled at your convenience. Please note, the session amount is not refunded.
If you have not cancelled 12 hours before your scheduled session, it is considered a late cancel and will not be credited back to your Shock Therapy Fitness account.
You can cancel your reservation in the following ways:
Log into your account at shocktherapyfitness.com. Find your reservation and click “Cancel.”
If you are cancelling your reservation using the MindBody app, click “Schedule” on the lower toolbar. In the “Upcoming” section, press the session that you wish to cancel. Hit “Cancel”.
Call the studio and a Client Service Agent can assist you with cancelling.
Due to the nature and format of our workouts, you must be present 15 minutes before the session begins to allow for proper EMS PowerSuit fitting, electrical impulse adjustments and a prompt start time.
Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate. This results in a “cancellation” and the above rules will apply.
Shock Therapy Fitness Packages & Plans
If you have purchased one of our three Shock Package options, please be aware the sessions are non-transferrable and may only be used by one individual. The packages do expire and sessions must be used prior to such date.
If you have opted into one of our Monthly Shock Plans, please know these have been designed to optimize your results. The sessions may only be used by one individual and expire at the end of each month. They may not be reinstated or extended. The monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by submitting a request 30 days prior to billing.
If a session you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist.
To do so, you must have a Shock Therapy Fitness session or package available.
If you do not get a spot in the session, your account will be credited!
If a spot becomes available, you will be added to the session and receive an email confirmation.
Only cancellations made 12 hours prior to your scheduled session will be honored. If you're added from the waitlist at the last minute, be aware that our same cancellation policy will apply. The waitlist closes 12 hours prior to the session.
If you no longer want a spot in the session, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist 12 hours before the session. If you are added to the session and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose the credit.
To check your Waitlist status via the MindBody app, login and click “Schedule” on the lower toolbar. If you have not been added, your status will show “Waitlist Unconfirmed.” If you do not want to attend the session, be sure to remove yourself or notify Shock Therapy Fitness and we’ll remove you!
